上海国展展览中心有限公司成立于2016年7月。公司继承了成立于1995年的上海国际展览中心有限公司的自办展业务及自办展团队，是上海领先的从事国际会展的专业公司。公司由上海市国际贸易促进委员会与PNO Exhibition Investment （Dubai） Limited共同投资，注册资本7000万元人民币。

自办展业务创始于1998年，至今共举办各类展览会与论坛超过100个，展览面积超过200万平方米。公司拥有一批具有全球影响力的专业展会，涉及文化创意、健康、休闲生活、高端制造、电子消费科技等领域。中国（上海）国际乐器展览会已成为全球最大的乐器展览会；亚洲消费电子展，中国国际花卉园艺展览会和中国国际轨道交通展览会已经成为亚洲最大的专业展会；中国国际养老、辅具及康复医疗博览会、中国国际润滑油品及应用技术展览会、上海国际专业灯光音响设备与技术展览会、北京音乐生活展也是国内领先的行业展会。

上海国展拥有一支既了解行业，又精通国际展会运作的专业化团队。公司通过展览、会议、活动、自媒体等各种渠道，把展商、观众、政府及行业协会、媒体及合作伙伴高效地连接起来；并在此基础上不断创新，把传统展会形式延伸到自媒体和在线服务，构建新型行业平台，推动行业转型发展，为上海现代服务业的发展做出应有的贡献。

Founded in July 2016, Shanghai Intex Exhibition Co., Ltd was originally the exhibition organizing business of Intex Shanghai, a pioneering exhibition organizer established in 1995 and now independent of the Intex venue management business. Shanghai Intex is jointly overseen by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Shanghai and PNO Exhibition Investment (Dubai) Limited.

Starting in 1998, we have organized over 100 tradeshows and conferences with a sum total exhibition space in excess of 2 million square meters during this time. We have a number of internationally renowned exhibitions covering the creative industry, healthcare, lifestyle, advanced manufacturing and consumer electronics. Among them, Music China is the biggest tradeshow for musical Instruments in the world, last year covering 120 thousand square meters. CES Asia, Hortiflorexpo IPM Shanghai and Rail+Metro China are the largest in their respective industries in Asia, with China AID, Interlubric China, Prolight+Sound Shanghai and Music & Life Beijing also leading the way and breaking new ground for their industries in China.

Shanghai Intex is comprised of professional teams with a wealth of experience in organizing major international events, with deep understanding of their respective target industries. Through our various exhibition, conference and online platforms, we unceasingly strive to connect our exhibitors with our visitors, government agencies, associations, media and other stakeholders in ever more meaningful ways.
